CUNNINGHAM FOUND GUILTY DESPITE BEING ABSENT FROM TRIAL

(Citrus County, FL) On Friday, January 26, 2024, in a Citrus County courtroom, jurors found 38-year-old Glenn Talmage Cunningham guilty on four counts of Transmission of Harmful Material to a Minor and two counts of Computer Pornography to Seduce, Solicit, Lure, or Entice a Child to Engage in Any Illegal Act. Cunningham did not appear in court during his trial.

HOLDING FOUND GUILTY AND SENTENCED TO LIFE FOR SEXUAL BATTERY OF A CHILD

(Marion County, FL) Earlier today, jurors rendered a guilty verdict in the courtroom of the Honorable Judge Pope during the trial of 47-year-old Christopher Lee Holding. Holding was found guilty on all seven charges, including Sexual Battery of a Victim Older than 12 but less than 18 years of age.

AUSTELL RECEIVES LIFE IN PRISON FOR MURDER OF SUMTER COUNTY TEEN

(Sumter County, FL) Today, the honorable Judge Hatcher sentenced 26-year-old Bacarri Justice Austell to Life in the Florida Department of Corrections for the senseless murder of Chris’sean Williams just two days before the young teenager’s 17th birthday.
